When installing the reducer on the foundation, the installation centerline elevation, levelness and related dimensions of the connected parts of the reducer should be calibrated. The concentricity of the calibrated drive shaft should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling. 3. When installing the reducer, the spacers can be adjusted with no more than three spacers in the height direction. Wedge irons can also be used for adjustment, but flat spacers must be replaced after deceleration calibration. 4. The foot plate type horizontal-mounted cycloidal pinwheel reducer must be installed on a very solid horizontal foundation without vibration. In situations where tilted installation is necessary, the inclination of the axis of the reducer shall not be greater than ±15°. 5. When installing the flange-type vertically mounted cycloidal pinwheel reducer, keep the output shaft vertically downward. 6. If other special installation forms other than foot plate horizontal installation and flange vertical installation are required, corresponding lubrication and sealing measures must be taken to ensure adequate lubrication of the reducer and prevent oil leakage. 7. The installed reducer must be put into trial operation before official use. When the no-load operation is normal, gradually load the operation.
