Requirements for cycloidal pin gear reducers
Cycloidal pinwheel reducer can be widely used in petroleum, environmental protection, chemical industry, cement, transportation, textile, pharmaceutical, food, printing, lifting, mining, metallurgy, construction, power generation and other industries as a drive or reduction device. The machine is divided into horizontal, vertical, dual-axis and direct-coupled assembly methods. Its unique stable structure can replace ordinary cylindrical gear reducers and worm gear reducers in many cases. So what are the requirements for the use of cycloidal pinwheel reducers?
1. WPWDX120,WPWDX135,WPWDX155,WPWDX175,WPWDX200 The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is allowed to be used in continuous 24-hour working conditions, and is allowed to operate in both forward and reverse directions. The output shaft rotation of the single-stage cycloid reducer is opposite to the input shaft rotation, and the output shaft rotation of the double-stage cycloid reducer is the same as the input shaft rotation. 2. The output shaft of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer cannot bear axial force. The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500 rpm. When the input power is greater than 18.5 kW, it is recommended to use a 960 rpm 6-pole motor. 3. The working position of the horizontally installed cycloidal pinwheel reducer is all horizontal. The maximum horizontal tilt angle during installation is generally less than 15°. When the temperature exceeds 15°, other measures should be taken to ensure adequate lubrication and prevent oil leakage. 4. The output shaft of the cycloid reducer cannot be subjected to large axial force and radial force. When there is large axial force and radial force, other measures must be taken. 5. In situations where overload may occur, an overload protection device should be installed. 6. In situations where impact or vibration is large or where starting is frequent, in addition to connecting the machine base and foundation with foot bolts, positioning pins (self-prepared) are also required for reinforcement. 7. When using a sprocket for transmission, do not loosen the tooth chain, otherwise impact force will be generated when starting.
