At present, the application range of servo planetary WPEDS60-100,WPEDS70-120,WPEDS80-135,WPEDS80-147,WPEDS100-155 reducers is quite extensive, and their traces can be seen in mechanical transmission systems in various industries, mainly used in industries that transmit power and motion.
Before assembling the servo planetary reducer, there are two requirements for the parts:
1. The rolling bearings are cleaned with gasoline, and other parts are cleaned with kerosene. All parts and boxes must be free of any impurities. Unprocessed surfaces, such as the inner wall of the box and gears (worm gears), are coated with two coats of oil resistant paint, while the outer surface of the box is coated with primer and color paint (color matching according to the requirements of the host).
2. Clean the mating surface of the parts and apply lubricating oil.
The following points need to be noted during the machining process of the servo planetary reducer, specifically as follows:
1. Assembly error: When assembling various components of the servo planetary reducer, the assembly error that occurs first includes the installation error between the shaft and bearing, gear and shaft, and box. One of these errors is the base distance error, so it is important to carefully consider it during the installation process.
2. Inherent error: The first source of gear return error is the error during the gear machining process. The tooth thickness, tooth width, tooth shape, and other errors generated by this machining of gears are unavoidable and can only be minimized as much as possible.
3. Other environmental and physical factors error: The error caused by temperature rise and elastic deformation of the body during the operation of the servo planetary reducer can be avoided by adopting corresponding methods.
