The return clearance (or back clearance, clearance) in the neutral energy parameter of the planetary reducer, the lower the value is, the higher the transmission accuracy is, the more expensive the price is, and the higher the transmission efficiency is (unit is arcmin, generally less than 3 is called high precision type, and more than 15 is called low precision type).
Return clearance: fix the input end to make the output end rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. When the output end bears positive and negative 2% of the rated torque, the output end of the reducer has a small angular displacement, which is called return clearance, also known as "back clearance". The unit is "arc minute", that is, 1/60 of one degree.

In practical application, the angular deviation is related to the shaft diameter b=2 π · r · a °/360 °. That is to say, when the radius of the output end is 500mm, and the accuracy of the gearbox is jt=3 ′, that is, a °=3/60, the deviation of the reducer for one revolution is b=0.44mm.
