Point:
1. WP series worm gear reducer box body structure is integral, with beautiful appearance and good rigidity.
2. The box type includes basic type (the box is vertical or horizontal structure with baseboard) and type (the box is rectangular, with fixed screw holes on many sides, without baseboard or with baseboard)
3. There are two connection modes of input shaft: basic type (single input shaft and double input shaft) and with motor flange.
4. There are two kinds of output shaft structures: basic type (single output shaft, double output shaft) and hollow output shaft.
5. The position direction of the output and input shaft has the input shaft down and up; Output axial up and down; Input axial up and down.
6. Two or three reducers can be used to form a multi-stage reducer to obtain the transmission ratio of *. Installation type and output mode: base type, flange type and torsion arm type installation, solid shaft and hollow shaft output and worm direct output.
matters needing attention:
1. Worm gear shaft cannot be used as input shaft.
2. The supporting motor (i.e. power) shall not exceed the value specified on the label.
3. If the user wants to change the direction of entering the shaft, remove the second end cover of the lower shaft, take out the worm shaft and adjust 180. Just load it. Do not knock hard when pressing, but slowly drive the two shafts to make them mesh.
