The unique advantages of hard tooth surface reducers make them extremely common in industrial applications. However, many people may not be familiar with the application status of hard tooth surface reducers. Taking the adjustment method of WPWV80,WPWV100,WPWV120,WPWV135,WPWV155 hard tooth surface reducers as an example, it can be divided into manual operation and self start. Below, we will introduce the manual operation mode of this special equipment:
1. Prepare three pumps in advance: pump 1 starts and runs until DC is achieved before starting pump 2. Then, after reaching the limit of the negative pressure gauge of the hard tooth surface reducer contact point, stop at the same time. When the vacuum pump in the negative pressure tank is less than * low value, pump 2 starts and pump 3 starts after DC is achieved.
2. When it reaches the limit of the negative pressure gauge at the contact point of the hard tooth surface reducer, it terminates at the same time. When the vacuum pump in the negative pressure tank is less than * low value, pump 3 can be started, and then pump 1 can be started after it reaches DC. This cycle continues and works in sequence.
3. If one pump has an abnormal problem, then the other two pumps can still operate normally. After common faults occur, the frequency converter can automatically switch to DC operation to ensure the normal operation of the facility.
4. It should be equipped with three directly connected hard tooth surface reducers to ensure uninterrupted operation. The three machines and equipment can operate simultaneously during each operation or replace and track each other, and can switch situations on their own for easy management.
5. Alarm: Note that the alarm is installed in the monitoring room, and there is an audible and visual alarm when the negative pressure value of the hard tooth reducer is less than -0.019MPa and higher than -0.073MPa. The light source alarm is bright red.
