1. The WPEX155-250,WPEDX40-70,WPEDX50-80,WPEDX60-100,WPEDX70-120 worm gear of this machine can run in both forward and reverse directions, but it must not run in reverse or clockwise. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting. When the working environment temperature is above 40 ℃, cooling measures must be taken.
2. Lubrication of the gearbox
The lubrication method adopts oil immersion lubrication, so it is necessary to add oil before operation. When adding oil, it should not be higher or lower than the oil level line height. Under normal circumstances, appropriate lubricating oil should be selected according to the sliding speed according to the table below.
3. For continuous working reducers, the temperature rise of the oil tank shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the temperature of the oil tank shall not exceed 100 ℃.
4. During installation, the reducer must be carefully aligned with the prime mover and the working machine, and the output shaft must be vertically connected to the working machine.
5. When the reducer is first used, the lubricating oil needs to be changed after running for 150-300 hours. In future use, the quality of the oil should be checked regularly. For reducers that work continuously for a long time, the oil should be changed every 500-1000 hours. For reducers that work for no more than 8 hours a day, the oil should be changed every 1200-8000 hours.
6. The reducer should be filled with oil of the same grade as the original one used, and should not be mixed with oil of different grades. Oil of the same grade but different viscosity is allowed to be mixed.
7. In work, when oil temperature, temperature rise exceeding or abnormal noise is found, the use should be stopped, the cause analyzed, and after troubleshooting, the oil should be changed again before continuing to use.
8. The lubricating oil of this reducer has been drained when it leaves the factory, and it must be refueled before use.
