What should I do if fatigue pitting occurs in the planetary reducer?

During the use of WPES120-175,WPES135-200,WPES155-250,WPEDS40-70,WPEDS50-80 planetary reducers, I believe that many friends who work on planetary reducers have encountered the problem of fatigue pitting in planetary reducers. So what should we do if fatigue pitting occurs in the planetary reducer?

How should we solve it? Fatigue pitting is a common fault of the planetary reducer. Fatigue pitting starts with a smaller diameter and shallower diameter, and mostly occurs at the pitch circle and Below the pitch circle, after fatigue pitting occurs, it develops very quickly. If it is not discovered in time, it will cause large pieces of gears to peel off, and eventually the gears will be scrapped and the reducer will no longer be able to be used.

Solutions to fatigue pitting corrosion in planetary reducers: 1. The transmission bearing is used beyond the limit or the matching gap between the bearing and the bearing seat hole is too large, causing the transmission bearing to vibrate too much and causing the load to increase, causing the gear transmission load to increase. It can also cause fatigue pitting corrosion on the tooth surface. 2. During the installation process of the grab machine reducer gear, the maintenance process is not strictly implemented, resulting in poor installation, causing local contact on the tooth surface, and excessive load causing fatigue pitting of the tooth surface. 3. The lubricating oil is expired or deteriorated, and the viscosity is too low or invalid, so that the oil film cannot be formed between the tooth surfaces of the gear. As a result, direct contact between the teeth causes tooth surface fatigue pitting.
