01: Design the welding groove and gap before welding. Before welding, the broken part of the reducer needs to be smoothed. 04: Handling and processing after welding After welding, wet cotton quilt should be used to cover the reducer to keep it warm, so as to reduce the degree of hardening and avoid fragility. If you need to eliminate the welding force, you can use a flame to heat the welding area to 350-550 degrees, and then bury it in white ash and slowly cool it until it cools to normal temperature. After checking that the appearance is flawless, just adjust the end face of the output shaft welding part to the required size. This method of repairing a planetary reducer is not only simple, effective and practical, but the most important thing is that it is low cost, and the working condition after welding will not be any different from that of a new reducer, and it can be used normally.
