As the number of planetary gears increases, the length of the 2nd or 3rd stage planetary reducer will increase and the efficiency will decrease. Return clearance: When the output end is fixed and the input end is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise to produce a rated torque of+-2% torque at the input end, there is a small angular displacement at the input end of the reducer, which is called the return clearance. The unit is "minute", which is one-sixtieth of a degree. Some people also call it the back clearance. With the continuous development of the gearbox industry, more and more enterprises have applied reducers. Planetary reducers are an industrial product, and planetary reducers are a communication mechanism. Their structure is tightly connected to the gearbox housing by an internal gear ring. The center of the ring teeth is driven by a sun gear driven by external force, and there is a planetary gear set composed of three gears evenly combined on a tray between the two, This group of planetary gears relies on the output shaft, inner gear ring, and sun gear to support and float during the period; When the input side power drives the sun gear, it can drive the planetary gear to rotate and follow the trajectory of the inner gear ring to revolve around the center. The rotation of the planet drives the output shaft connected to the tray to output power. A mechanism that utilizes a speed converter of gears to reduce the number of revolutions of the motor to the desired number of revolutions and obtain a higher torque. In the reducer mechanism used for transmitting power and motion, planetary reducers are precision reducers with a reduction ratio accurate to 0.1 to 0.5 revolutions per minute.
