The accuracy standard of the level is usually 0.02~0.05mm/m, and the level extends outward from the horizontal plane of the machine body or the machined surface parallel to the horizontal plane. The higher the alignment accuracy is, the better it is. The compensation capacity of the alignment error of the coupling used should be fully considered. The size of the tolerance should not be greater than 10 "in general, and the translation error should not exceed 0.1mm.


The anti-rust agent and anti-corrosion agent on the shaft extension must be cleaned before using the coupling, sprocket and other parts on the shaft extension. Remove anti-rust agent and anti-corrosion agent. Do not use abrasive paper, file, scraper and other tools that are easy to damage the mating surface of the shaft. The coupling, chain wheel, etc. shall not be hit by heavy hammer, and the method of heat expansion and cold contraction shall be adopted.


The axial compression force generated by the sprocket and belt pulley transmission on the shaft extension shall be directed to the use foundation as far as possible.


If hydraulic coupling is used for connection with power machine. In view of the large mass of the hydraulic coupling and the large centrifugal force during startup, the gravity of the hydraulic coupling should be avoided, and the centrifugal force should all act on the shaft extension of the reducer, that is, the hydraulic coupling should not be suspended on the shaft extension of the reducer, but should be supported together with the power machine. In this way, the bearing point of shaft extension will not produce additional bending.


Compared with the ordinary decelerating motor, the decelerating stepping motor can control the speed and position, while the ordinary decelerating motor cannot control the position.
