1. Requirements for low noise gear structure design

2. Influence of gear manufacturing accuracy on noise
Generally, improving the machining accuracy of gears can effectively reduce the noise of gears. The main function of planetary reducer gear is to transmit speed and torque. Therefore, its machining accuracy needs to reach the level of working stability. Gears with high working stability level have long service life, low impact vibration and low noise in transmission.
