When we use planetary reducer, if we use too much, the noise problem will occur. If we want to know the reason, we also need to know the basic structure of the reducer. The planetary reducer is composed of worm gear, worm, cast steel casing, plane pressure bearing, tapered bearing and oil seal. Worm of planetary reducer is also called curved cylindrical worm, in which the tooth surface is usually circular concave.
The uneven splitting of worms and slow noise are caused by the quality problem of bearings. Then how to solve the problems of jitter, noise, excessive temperature rise and interference in the process of planetary reducer lifting transmission.
The extra load of reducer jitter during use is caused by the uneven spacing of lead screws, the uneven separation of worm, the unqualified quality of plane pressure bearing and tapered bearing, the sheaths of lead screws closely fitting on the upper and lower parts, and the non concentricity of installation.
The reason for the noise during reducer operation is the uneven separation of the multi headed worms of the fast planetary reducer. The reason for the slow noise is the quality of the bearing.
Under normal operating conditions, the maximum temperature of the reducer shall not exceed 45 ℃. In case of high temperature, the machine inspection shall be stopped immediately. Generally, the reason for this problem is that the lead screw elevator of this tonnage is too small and overloaded, or when the worm and worm gear end cover are pressed too tightly, the input speed is not ruled out. The worm gear lead screw elevator is lubricated with grease. The maximum speed of worm shaft of lead screw elevator shall not exceed 1000min/s. If the input speed is too high, it will also be high and stuck. The treatment method for high temperature is to reduce the input speed, check whether the embedded fit of the gland is too tight, and whether the lead screw elevator is lack of oil.
