1. Strictly control the machining quality of the keyway of hard gear reducer, especially the fillet radius r at the bottom of the groove, and try to take a larger value according to the standard; Keyways without rounded corners cannot be used.
2. The coupling and brake wheel installed on the high-speed shaft shall be tested for static balance or dynamic balance to avoid excessive additional centrifugal force.
3. Reduce the weight of coupling and brake wheel as much as possible.
4. Couplings and brakes whose manufacturing quality does not meet the technical requirements shall not be used.
5. The bottom surface of hard gear reducer and motor base adopts machining plane; The adjusting gasket shall be flat and provided with positioning measures.
6. Regularly check whether the anchor bolts are loose or broken to prevent the motor or reducer from moving after the equipment has been running for a period of time and damaging the coaxiality after adjustment.
