Wpx120 worm gear reducer is developed on the basis of WD reducer. The worm is made of 45# high-quality steel through heat treatment, and the worm gear is cast with tin bronze. It has good wear resistance, especially in terms of bearing capacity. It is mainly suitable for deceleration transmission of various mechanical equipment such as plastics, metallurgy, beverage, mining, hoisting transportation, chemical construction and so on.

1. Stable transmission, low vibration, impact and noise, large reduction ratio and wide universality. It can be used together with various mechanical equipment.
2. It can obtain large transmission ratio with single-stage transmission and compact structure. Most types of reducers have good self-locking, and can save braking devices for mechanical equipment with braking requirements.

◆ working conditions:
1. The worm speed of worm gear reducer shall not exceed 1500r / min.
2. The working ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ - + 40 ℃. When the working ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before starting. When the working ambient temperature is higher than 40 ℃, cooling measures must be taken.
3. The input shaft of worm gear reducer can rotate forward and backward.
◆ precautions:
1. Worm gear shaft cannot be used as input shaft.
2. The machine does not need oil before leaving the factory. When in use, enough mechanical oil must be added before it can run.
3. The supporting motor (i.e. power) shall not exceed the value specified on the label.
4. If the user wants to change the direction of entering the shaft, remove the second end cover of the lower shaft, take out the worm shaft and adjust 180. Just load it. Do not knock hard when pressing, but slowly drive the two shafts to make them mesh.
