National standards and performance index evaluation methods for four major series of reducers

Publish Time: 2024-03-20 Origin: site

The four major series of reducers are bevel  WPEDO120-175,WPEDO135-200,WPEDO155-250,WPES40-70,WPES50-80 gear reducers, hard tooth surface reducers, planetary gear reducers, and spiral bevel gear reducers. Their national standards and performance index evaluation methods are as follows:

Bevel gear reducer:

National standard: GB/T10085-2001

Performance indicator evaluation method:

Gear transmission efficiency: Calculate the ratio of the measured output torque to the input torque, expressed as the ratio of the standard value to the measured value.

Noise: Measure the noise value of the gearbox under rated operating conditions.

Load capacity: Conduct torque and load tests according to standard requirements.

Lifetime: Conduct durability tests to test the lifespan of the gearbox.

Hard tooth surface reducer:

National standard: GB/T10084-2001

Performance indicator evaluation method:

Gear transmission efficiency: the same as bevel gear reducers.

Noise: Same as bevel gear reducer.

Load capacity: Conduct torque and load tests according to standard requirements.

Lifetime: Conduct durability tests to test the lifespan of the gearbox.

Planetary gear reducer:

National standard: GB/T17931-1999

Performance indicator evaluation method:

Gear transmission efficiency: Calculate the ratio of the measured output torque to the input torque, expressed as the ratio of the standard value to the measured value.

Noise: Measure the noise value of the gearbox under rated operating conditions.

Load capacity: Conduct torque and load tests according to standard requirements.

Lifetime: Conduct durability tests to test the lifespan of the gearbox.

Spiral bevel gear reducer:

National standard: GB/T10694-2004

Performance indicator evaluation method:

Gear transmission efficiency: Calculate the ratio of the measured output torque to the input torque, expressed as the ratio of the standard value to the measured value.

Noise: Measure the noise value of the gearbox under rated operating conditions.

Load capacity: Conduct torque and load tests according to standard requirements.

Lifetime: Conduct durability tests to test the lifespan of the gearbox.
