A regular motor with a flange can be directly separated from the flange connection part, making it easier to disassemble and generally not a problem. For the direct connected type of motor, the end of the motor is usually upright on the ground, and the oil seal is removed from the output shaft end. The end cover is then removed from the machine base, and the swing plate, eccentric bearing, and needle housing are taken out in sequence to complete the process. Generally, disassembly is not a problem, but there is a lot of attention paid to the installation of the cycloidal gear reducer, especially when the swing plate must not be installed incorrectly.

Firstly, when purchasing a cycloidal gear, it is necessary to check whether the two cycloidal gears are a pair. The manufacturing of cycloidal gears is based on a pair (i.e. a pair). Purchasing is also done in pairs or as a pair, and each pair of single cycloidal pinwheels cannot be replaced. Moreover, the two cycloidal gears of the cycloidal gear are not separated during production. The concept of a pair is that the two cycloidal gears can completely overlap (i.e. when the side with the steel seal is placed upwards at the same time), Expanding the bearing holes, the ten holes (shaft pin holes) and the outer tooth profile completely overlap at the same time. When viewed from the front, it looks like one piece. If they can completely overlap, it indicates that it is a pair and cannot be used. It indicates that it is not a pair and cannot be used. Note that the cycloidal gear has a reverse direction. There are markings on the cycloidal gear, and the side with the mark must face upwards during installation. The markings on each pair of cycloidal gears are also different. The position marked by the manufacturer's typing number is different. Generally, the marking position of domestic manufacturers is an overlapping position mark (the marking position is overlapping), but there are also installation position marks. Regardless of where the mark is located, it is only an auxiliary means to help check whether it is a pair of gears

The second step is to rotate one of the cycloidal gears by 180 degrees. That is, when the middle bearing hole and the ten holes completely coincide, the outer tooth profile is exactly misaligned. The tooth heel position of the upper gear is exactly the tooth top position of the lower gear. Note that the relative position of these two wheels must be remembered. It is best to draw a mark yourself or remember the original mark position on the wheel. (This is a cycloidal gear with a single tooth difference. For a double tooth difference, there is no need to rotate by 180 degrees.)

The third step is to place a cycloidal gear into the needle gear housing. First, rotate it by hand to see if it is smooth and swinging

The fourth step is to insert the eccentric bearing. Because the bearing hole of the cycloidal gear is equivalent to the outer sleeve of the eccentric bearing, the correct position of the eccentric bearing is that the bearing hole of the lower cycloidal gear exactly contains the cylindrical ball of the eccentric bearing

Step 5: Insert the spacer ring. It is an iron ring that is slightly smaller than the cycloidal wheel. (Some of the rings that are already used are not made of iron.)

Step 6: Insert another cycloidal wheel. The most crucial step is to place this wheel. The steel seal of this cycloidal wheel and the bottom cycloidal wheel must be facing upwards, and the steel seal of the upper and lower cycloidal wheels must be staggered by 180 degrees on a straight line, rather than overlapping the letters of the upper and lower cycloidal wheels! This is something that needs special attention! (Note: Some manufacturers have already marked the installation overlap on the cycloidal gear, which is an exception. However, the upper and lower cycloidal gears of all Changzhou produced cycloidal pinwheel reducers must be offset by 180 degrees!)
