The F series gearbox is one of the four major series gearboxes. What sets this WPWDX120,WPWDX135,WPWDX155,WPWDX175,WPWDX200 gearbox apart from the other three models is its output mode, which belongs to parallel shaft output.

1、 Basic types of F series parallel axis reducers

There are as many as ten basic types of F series reducers.

GF foot installation parallel shaft - helical gear reducer, GFA B foot hollow shaft installation, GFV B foot spline hollow shaft installation, GFA hollow shaft installation, GFV spline hollow shaft installation, GFAF is B5 flange hollow shaft installation, GFVF is B5 flange spline hollow shaft installation, GFAZ is B14 flange installation, GFVZ is B14 flange spline hollow shaft installation, GFF is B5 flange installation, GFH B foot hollow shaft locking plate installation, GFH is hollow shaft locking plate installation, GFHF is B5 flange hollow shaft locking plate installation, GFHZ is B14 flange hollow shaft locking plate installation. These ten different basic forms are designed to meet different usage needs, allowing this reducer to be used in different working machines.

2、 Input type of F series parallel axis reducer

There are three types of input for this reducer, which are GF Y... Direct connected motor input; GF... AM... is an AM flange input; GF.. AD. is the AD axis input.

3、 Installation orientation of F series reducers

This reducer can meet 6 installation orientations from M1-M6. However, there are limitations, not every gearbox can meet the use of six installation directions. Among them, the M2-M6 installation needs to meet the requirements of the F97-F107 model and the input speed needs to be greater than 2500 revolutions per minute; Or it can be a model greater than F107 with an input speed greater than 1500 rpm. M2-M6 installation methods can only be used when both of these conditions are met,

4、 What is the maximum and minimum motor power for the F series gearbox?

The minimum power that the F series gearbox can be equipped with is a 120W reduction motor, which is 0.12KW. Apart from others, F series models with 0.12KW can be equipped with F27-F127. The maximum power that can be matched with a motor is a 90KW motor, and the motor models that can match this power include F127 and F157 gearboxes.

5、 What is the maximum volume size of the F series gearbox?
