Introduction to gear reducer:

The power generated by an electric motor, internal combustion engine, or other high-speed operation is reduced by meshing the gear with fewer teeth on the input shaft of the reducer with the large gear on the output shaft. The gear ratio between the large and small gears is the transmission ratio. With the continuous development of the gearbox industry, gear reducers are widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, cement, construction, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Features of gear reducer:

1. The gears of the gear reducer are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburization and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. The gears are all processed using CNC grinding technology, which has high accuracy and good contact.

2. High transmission rate: single stage greater than 96.5%, double stage greater than 93%, and triple stage greater than 90%.

3. The center distance, center height, and transmission ratio all use priority numbers in the priority number system.

4. Smooth operation and low noise.

5. Small size, light weight, long service life, and high load-bearing capacity.

6. Easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to install.

Applicable environment for gear reducers:

1. The high-speed shaft rotation shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute.

2. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20 meters per second.

3. The working environment temperature is -40-45 ℃. If it is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting.

4. Gear reducers can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.

Reduction ratio: 25-4000r/min (can achieve a larger speed ratio when combined with RX, R, and K series)
