The gear reduction motor is a planetary drive principle, which adopts gear meshing. In most cases, this type of reduction motor has replaced two-stage and three-stage ordinary cylindrical gear reduction motors and cylindrical worm reduction motors. It has the following characteristics: 


1.drive efficiency. Since the meshing part adopts rolling meshing, the general primary driving efficiency is 90%-95%.


 2. Compact structure, small size and light weight. Compared with ordinary cylindrical gear reducer, the volume of planetary geared motor can be reduced by 2/1–2/3. 


3. Few failures and long service life. The main drive meshing parts are made of bearing steel grinding, so the mechanical properties and wear resistance are good, and because of rolling friction, there are few failures and long life. 


4. The operation is stable and reliable. Due to the multi-tooth meshing in the driving process, the operation is stable and reliable, and the noise is low. 5. Easy disassembly and assembly, easy maintenance. 


6. Strong overload capacity, impact resistance, small moment of inertia, suitable for frequent starting and forward and reverse operation.


 7. Large driving ratio. The drive ratio is 1/6–1/87 for one-stage reduction. The drive ratio is 1/99–1/7569 for two-stage reduction and 1/5841–1/658503 for three-stage drive. In addition, multi-stage combination can also be used according to needs, and the speed ratio can reach the specified maximum.
