How to deal with the oil leakage of the reducer, and what are the countermeasures to control the oil leakage of the reducer?
Improve the vent cap and inspection hole cover: The internal pressure of the reducer is greater than the external atmospheric pressure, which is one of the main reasons for oil leakage. If you try to balance the pressure inside and outside the machine, oil leakage can be prevented. Although the reducer has a vent cap, but the vent hole is too small, it is easy to be blocked by coal powder and oil, and every time you refuel, you must open the inspection hole cover. There are also leaks. For this reason, an oil cup-type vent cap was made, and the original thin inspection hole cover was changed to a thickness of 6 mm. The oil cup-type vent cap was welded on the cover. The diameter of the vent hole was 6 mm, which was convenient for ventilation. The pressure equalization is realized, and when refueling, refuel from the oil cup, without opening the inspection hole cover, reducing the chance of oil leakage.
2. Smooth flow: In order to prevent the excess lubricating oil dumped by the gear on the bearing from accumulating at the shaft seal, the excess lubricating oil must flow back to the oil pool in a certain direction, that is, to achieve smooth flow. The specific method is to open an oil return groove inclined toward the machine in the center of the lower tile of the bearing seat, and at the same time open a gap at the straight opening of the end cover, the gap is facing the oil return groove, so that excess lubricating oil flows through the gap and the oil return groove Back to the oil pool.
3. Improvement of shaft seal structure 1) Improvement of the shaft seal of WPWEDKO135-200,WPWEDKO155-250,WPEEA40-70,WPEEA50-80,WPEEA60-100 the reducer whose output shaft is a half shaft: the output shaft of the reducer of most equipment such as belt conveyors, screw unloaders, and impeller coal feeders is a half shaft, which is more convenient for modification. Disassemble the reducer, remove the coupling, take out the shaft seal end cover of the reducer, machine the groove on the outer side of the original end cover according to the size of the matching skeleton oil seal, and install the skeleton oil seal with the side with the spring facing inward. When reassembling, if the end cover is more than 35 mm away from the inner end face of the coupling, a spare oil seal can be installed on the shaft outside the end cover. Once the oil seal fails, the damaged oil seal can be taken out, and the spare oil seal can be pushed into the end cover. Time-consuming and labor-intensive processes such as dismantling the reducer and dismantling the coupling are omitted. 2) Improvement of the shaft seal of the reducer whose output shaft is the whole shaft: the output shaft of the reducer with the whole shaft transmission has no coupling. If it is modified according to the plan of 2.3.1, the workload is too large and it is not realistic. In order to reduce the workload and simplify the installation procedure, a split-type end cover is designed, and an open-type oil seal is tried. The outer side of the split end cover is machined with grooves. When installing the oil seal, take out the spring first, saw off the oil seal to form an opening, put the oil seal on the shaft from the opening, connect the opening with adhesive, and install the opening upwards. Install the spring and push in the end cap.
4. Adopt new sealing materials: For the leakage of the static sealing point of the reducer, new polymer repair materials can be used to stick and block. If the static seal point leaks oil during the operation of the reducer, it can be blocked by the oil surface emergency repair agent sticky-polymer 25551 and 90T composite repair material of surface engineering technology, so as to eliminate the oil leakage.
5. Seriously implement the maintenance process: When the reducer is overhauled, the process regulations must be carefully implemented. The oil seal must not be reversed, the lip must not be damaged, the outer edge must not be deformed, the spring must not fall off, the joint surface must be cleaned, the sealant should be applied evenly, and oil should be added. The amount should not exceed the oil dipstick scale.
6. Wiping: The static sealing points of the reducer can generally be impermeable and leak-proof after treatment. However, due to the aging of the seals, poor quality, improper assembly, and high surface roughness of the shaft, the dynamic sealing points still have some dynamic sealing points. There is a slight leakage. Due to the poor working environment, the coal dust sticks to the shaft, which looks oily. Therefore, it is necessary to wipe the oil on the shaft after the equipment stops running.
