WPWKV40,WPWKV50,WPWKV60,WPWKV70,WPWKV80 The planetary reducer factory teaches you five steps to purchase a suitable planetary reducer

The first step is to allow the input shaft diameter of the planetary reducer to be consistent with the output shaft diameter of the motor, and the tolerance must be consistent. Although many ordinary reducers are connected by adding a shaft sleeve when the shaft diameter is different, for planetary reducers, adding a shaft sleeve connection will greatly reduce the output accuracy of the planetary reducer.

Step 2. The allowable input flange cannot be larger or smaller than the standard size of the primary reducer. For example, the standard flange of the reducer PLE80 is 80mm, and the primary reducers are PLE60 and PLE120. The maximum allowable flange of the PLE80 should not be less than 60mm or more than 120mm.

Step 3: The maximum output speed of the motor should be less than the maximum input speed of the reducer. If the output speed of the motor is greater than the maximum input speed of the planetary reducer, it will cause irreversible accelerated wear on the internal parts of the planetary reducer, and oil seal bearings and other components will also be damaged due to excessive speed.

Step 4: The rated output torque of the motor is multiplied by the reduction ratio of the planetary reducer to obtain the output torque of the reducer. This torque should be less than or equal to the rated output torque of the planetary reducer.

Step 5: After meeting the main data, select the model of the planetary reducer. Planetary reducers with small outer diameters can be equipped with motors with large outer diameters, or planetary reducers with large outer diameters can be equipped with motors with small outer diameters. Simply select the appropriate connecting flange and input shaft diameter to ensure the correct connection between the motor and the planetary reducer.
