Which parts of the planetary reducer lubrication system need to be inspected
Firstly, check the quality of the lubricating oil 4 weeks before the planetary reducer teeth inspection. Simple judgment can be made based on experience to check the color, moisture, precipitation, odor, foam, etc. of lubricating oil. In order to obtain accurate indicators, it is necessary to send the oil sample to the lubricating oil supplier for analysis. Based on the analysis results, the condition of the lubricating oil and the types and quantities of impurities can be obtained. Oil failure may indicate improper operation, blockage of lubricating oil pipelines, or failure of heat exchangers. The oil is in good condition, free of impurities, and can be used for a year without changing the oil. This also confirms the value of gearbox gear inspection.
When checking the teeth of the planetary reducer, the lubrication system should also be checked. The following are the areas that need to be checked:
1. Check if there is enough oil in the oil cylinder and check if the seals prevent leakage;
2. Check the bottom of the fuel tank for pollutants and foreign objects;
3. Check the design of the heat exchanger for any leakage or blockage issues, observe the oil temperature, and determine whether the heat exchanger structure can properly cool the lubricating oil;
4. Excessive oxidation also indicates that the oil has not been properly cooled. Check lubrication devices such as pressure gauges, oil pumps, fuel nozzles, fuel injection holes, oil level indicators, filters, etc. to ensure normal operation;
5. If the observation hole of the planetary reducer gearbox is large enough to see the bearings and oil supply box, the bearings and oil supply box should be inspected to ensure that there are no foreign objects obstructing the oil circuit and that lubricating oil can smoothly flow into the bearings;
6. The ventilation hole and filter should be installed correctly to ensure normal operation;
