The planetary reducer is a highly versatile product with a wide range of applications, and non personnel have little understanding of it. So how to use planetary reducers correctly? Below are some technical requirements for WPWDX50,WPWDX60,WPWDX70,WPWDX80,WPWDX100 planetary reducer knowledge, mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Before assembling the planetary reducer, all parts should be cleaned with kerosene, and the rolling bearings should be cleaned with gasoline without any debris. The inner wall should be painted twice with oil resistant paint.
2. Through lead wire inspection, the meshing clearance shall not be less than 0.16mm, and the lead wire clearance shall not be greater than 4 times.
3. Check for spots using the staining method. High contact points shall not be less than 40%, and long contact points shall not be less than 50%. Grind or scrape after grinding if necessary to improve contact.
4. The axial working clearance of the bearing should be adjusted: φ 40 is 0.05-0.1mm, φ 55 is 0.08-0.15mm.
5. Check the cross-section, contact surfaces, and sealing components of the reducer. Partial sealing of paint or water glass is allowed without the use of fillers.
6. Install N100 lubricating oil to the specified height.
