With the continuous application of deceleration equipment in enterprises, in some cases it is necessary to disassemble the equipment in order to clearly see the internal structure and carry out targeted maintenance. Reducer

1. Remove the cylindrical gear reducer backstop and place it in the designated position to avoid collision.

2. Remove the protective cover, motor, and brake disassembly lines for each part, and pay attention to marking the disassembly lines as a reference for reassembly.

3. Mark the assembly marks of each bearing end cap, remove the fastening bolts and end caps, measure the thickness and quantity of asbestos gaskets on the bearing end cap with an outside micrometer, and make original records. Preliminary inspection of the bearing end cap showed that the straight end face was free of wear and cracks.

4. Before jacking up the upper cover, check for abnormalities such as missing screws, use the jacking screws to jack up the upper cover, and lift it onto the prepared base plate. Special attention: Please mark the original meshing position of the gears, and mesh in the original order during reassembly.

5. Remove the motor anchor bolts and lift the motor. When disassembling the motor anchor bolts, record the thickness and position of the original foot pad as a basis for timing. Loosen the brake anchor bolts, remove the brake adjustment screws, remove the brake, and then remove the brake.

6. Mark the relative position of the upper and lower joint surfaces of the cylindrical gear reducer, remove the fastening bolts on the joint surfaces of the upper and lower covers of the reducer, replace the damaged bolts, and remove the positioning pins. Check for incomplete or damaged bolts and screw the nuts onto the screws for proper storage.

7. Remove the pin of the high-speed shaft coupling of the cylindrical gear reducer, unlock the low-speed shaft toothed coupling, and move the two halves of the coupling to both sides. Before disassembling the high and low speed couplings of the reducer, mark the relative position with a shovel or a sample punch as the basis for reinstalling the relative position of the coupling.

According to the above introduction, the gears of the cylindrical gear reducer are processed by carburizing, quenching, and grinding, with high bearing capacity and low noise. It is mainly used in belt conveyors and various transportation machinery, as well as in the transmission mechanism of other general machinery.
