1. Adjust the guiding accuracy of planetary reducer


The guide precision of the guide rail refers to the precision of the moving track of the moving parts of mechanical equipment when moving along the guide rail. In addition to the type, combination and size of the slideway selected in the design, the main factors affecting the accuracy of the slideway are:

2. Adjust the clearance between the screw and nut of planetary reducer and worm gear elevator


The transmission chain in general mechanical equipment consists of gear and gear, gear and rack, worm gear and worm, screw and nut. The screw lifting nut driver is a common mechanism of linear motion. It is difficult to do without clearance between screws and nuts. Especially after the use stage, due to wear, the gap between the equipment will increase, and will affect the normal operation of the equipment. The spindle rotation accuracy refers to the radial runout, circumferential runout and axial movement of the working parts at the front end of the spindle. On the premise that the machining error of the spindle itself meets the requirements, the bearing determines the rotation accuracy of the planetary reducer spindle to a large extent. The key to adjust the spindle rotation accuracy is to adjust the bearing clearance. Maintaining a reasonable bearing clearance is of great significance to the performance of spindle components and the service life of bearings.


For rolling bearings, when the clearance is large, the load will not only concentrate in the force direction of the rolling bearing, but also the contact between the inner race and the outer race of the bearing will have serious stress concentration. Shorten the life of the bearing and cause the centerline of the spindle to shift, which is easy to cause the vibration of the spindle assembly. Therefore, the rolling bearing must be adjusted in advance to make the internal interference of the bearing cause elastic deformation when the rolling bearing contacts the inner race and outer race raceway, thus improving the rigidity of the bearing.
