Commissioning instructions of the reducer
The machine has a trial run time, which is used to detect whether there is a problem with the device and whether it needs to be corrected, that is, the so-called running in period. It is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the reducer without any problem, and it is also a guarantee for the efficient and long-term stable operation of the reducer in the future.
1. Smoothness
Due to the small operation interval of the elements of the new device and the factors of the device itself, it is not easy for smooth oil (grease) to form a symmetrical oil film on the surface to prevent damage. Ensure that the external surface is not too rough, which will lead to severe early wear of parts. In serious cases, it may even cause scratches on the outside.
2. Fast wear
Because when the new reducer components are used for processing, installation and regulation, the contact area of the cooperation surface is relatively small, and the applied torque is larger. In the operation process of the reducer, the concave and convex parts outside the components are inlaid and collided with each other, and the worn metal debris, as an abrasive, continues to participate in the collision, which accelerates the wear of the part collaboration surface. Therefore, during the running in period, the wear of components is simply formed, and the wear rate is too fast. At this time, if the overload operation is assumed, it may lead to damage of parts and problems.
3. Leakage phenomenon
Due to the looseness, vibration and temperature rise of the reducer, leakage may occur at the sealing surface and pipe joints of the reducer; Some casting and other defects are difficult to find during the commissioning of the device, but due to the vibration and impact during the operation, such problems are manifested as oil leakage. Therefore, leakage may also occur during the running in period.
4. Loose
There may be some differences in the shape and matching degree of the newly delivered components. At the beginning of use, the originally fastened components become loose due to the impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as the impact of heat, deformation and other factors, plus the rapid wear and other reasons.
