Hardened face gear reducer is mainly a type of reducer manufactured according to national standards, and is mainly used for transmission devices arranged in the vertical direction of the output shaft. In industrial production, the hardened gear reducer is mainly used in belt conveyors and various transport machinery, as well as in the transmission machinery of coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, petroleum and other general machinery.
Sealing requirements and functions of hardened gear reducer:
1. It is not allowed to fill any gasket between the split surfaces of the case of the hardened gear reducer, but sealant or water glass can be applied to ensure the sealing.
2. When assembling the reducer, before tightening the box bolts, a 0.05mm feeler gauge shall be used to check the tightness between the junction surface of the hard tooth reducer box cover and the box base.
3. The shaft extension seal shall be coated with grease, and each seal of the hardened gear reducer shall be assembled strictly according to the requirements. Only when the sealing of the hard tooth surface reducer is well done can it ensure its smooth operation, prevent oil leakage of the reducer, effectively improve the production efficiency of the reducer, and bring us more benefits.
