First, the seal ring is worn and invalid. After long-term friction on the coaxial surface of the oil seal lip, it is easy to trigger the lip burn and carbonization, lose the flexibility and elasticity of the rubber, and become hard and worn, thus forming a gap when the oil seal lip is in coaxial contact.


In addition, axial interference connection is required for both high-speed and low-speed shafts of the shaft coupler. During heating and installation, problems of oil seal heat transmission and radiation will occur, which will lead to early deterioration and deformation;


Secondly, the shaft surface is worn and invalid. During the contact period between the shaft and the oil seal, due to the influence of high pressure, high temperature and other factors, the surface of the shaft will increase roughness, which will damage the shaft and make it unable to fit the oil seal well;

Finally, the mechanical seal leaks oil. When the oil return hole is blocked or small, and the oil return passage is not smooth, the accumulated oil will splash on the split surface of the oil collecting hood along with the oil slinger, causing leakage.
