Why should the motor be used with the reducer?
The reducer is actually a power transmission mechanism, which does not generate power. Its function is to reduce the rotation number of the motor (motor) to the desired rotation number by using different gear sizes and speed converters, and obtain a larger torque. Isn't it enough to adjust the speed of the motor? In fact, the motor is directly connected to the equipment. When the equipment is running, the load on the motor is very large, which will cause great damage to the motor. However, it is not the same when passing through the reducer. For example, the reducer with a reduction ratio of 100 has only one percent of the load on the motor when the machine is running. In addition, if the reducer is broken, it only needs to replace the lower gear, and the cost is much lower than that of the motor.
Reducer is a kind of relatively precise machinery. The purpose of using it is to reduce the speed and increase the torque. It has many kinds, different models and different uses.
