How to judge the quality of cycloid reducer?

Publish Time: 2022-07-20 Origin: site

The quality of cycloid reducer has an important impact on social production and life. Therefore, when choosing cycloid reducer, we must be optimistic about the quality of cycloid reducer and ensure that the quality of cycloid reducer is the most important. So how do you choose cycloid reducer? How to judge the quality of cycloid reducer? Next, let Sima automobile teach you some tips.

When the cycloid reducer operates or fails, it can prevent and eliminate the failure in time by observing, listening, smelling and touching, so as to ensure the safe operation of the cycloid reducer.

1、 Look

Observe whether there are abnormalities during the operation of cycloid reducer, mainly in the following situations.

1. When the stator winding is short circuited, the cycloid reducer may see smoke.

2. When the cycloid reducer operates with serious overload or phase loss, the speed will slow down and a heavy "click" sound will be emitted.

3. The cycloid reducer maintenance network operates normally, but when it suddenly stops, the loose connection will send sparks; The fuse is blown or the component is stuck.

4. If the cycloid reducer vibrates violently, it may be that the transmission is stuck or the cycloid reducer is not fixed correctly, and the foot bolts are loose.

5. If there are discoloration, burn marks and smoke marks on the contact points and joints of the cycloid reducer, it may indicate local overheating, poor contact at the conductor connection or burnout of the winding.

2、 Listen

When the cycloid reducer operates normally, it should make a uniform and light "click" sound without noise and special sound. If the noise is too loud, including electromagnetic noise, bearing noise, ventilation noise, mechanical friction, etc., it may be a fault or fault phenomenon.

1. For electromagnetic noise, if the cycloid reducer makes high, low and heavy sounds, the reasons may be as follows.

(1) The air gap between stator and rotor is uneven. At this time, the interval between high and low sound, high and low sound is constant. This is caused by the wear of bearings and the difference between stator and rotor.

(2) The three-phase current is unbalanced. This is the reason for the wrong grounding, short circuit or poor contact of the three-phase winding. If the sound is very dull, the cycloid reducer is seriously overloaded or runs out of phase.

(3) The core is loose. When the cycloid reducer operates, the fixing bolts of the iron core are loosened due to vibration, and the silicon steel sheet of the iron core is loosened, resulting in noise.

2. The bearing noise should be monitored frequently during the operation of cycloid reducer. The monitoring method is: the end of the screwdriver is against the bearing installation part, and the other end is close to the ear, and the running sound of the bearing can be heard. If the bearing operates normally, its sound is continuous. There is a small "sand" sound, and the height, friction and metal friction do not change. If the following sound occurs, it indicates an exception.

(1) There is a "squeak" sound when the bearing is running. This is the sound of metal friction, which is usually caused by the lack of oil in the bearing. Disassemble the bearing and inject appropriate amount of grease. (2) If a "click" sound is emitted, it indicates the sound made when the ball rotates. Usually, the oil is dry or lack of oil, and an appropriate amount of oil can be added.

(3) If there is a "snake" or "click", it is the sound produced by the irregular movement of the ball shaft in the bearing. This is caused by the damage of the ball in the bearing or the long-term use of the cycloid reducer and the drying of the grease.

3. If the transmission mechanism and transmission mechanism emit continuous rather than high and low sound, it can be handled under the following circumstances.

(1) Periodic "snap" sound caused by uneven belt joints.

(2) Periodic "thump" sound caused by loose coupling between coupling or pulley and shaft and wear of key or keyway.

(3) The collision between the fan blade and the fan cover causes uneven collision sound.

3、 Smell

Faults can also be judged and prevented by smelling the smell of cycloid reducer. Open the junction box and smell it with your nose. See if there is a burning smell. If a special paint smell is found, the internal temperature of the cycloid reducer is too high. If thick paste or burnt smell is found, the insulation layer may crack or wrap, and may be burned. If there is no smell, the insulation resistance between the winding and the shell must be measured to be less than 0.5 trillion, and must be dried. Zero resistance indicates that it is damaged.

4、 Touch

Touching the temperature of some parts of the cycloid reducer can also determine the cause of the fault. To ensure safety, please touch the parts around the cycloid reducer housing and bearing with the back of your hand when touching. If the temperature is abnormal, the reasons may be as follows.

1. Poor ventilation. If the fan is closed, the air duct is blocked.

2. Overload. The current is too large to overheat the stator winding.

3. Stator winding turns short circuit or three-phase current imbalance.

4. Frequently start or brake.

5. If the temperature around the bearing is too high, it may be caused by bearing damage or lack of oil.

This is the "soil" method of using the residual magnetic force of cycloid reducer to check the winding. If the winding is burned, the hand will not move.
