Precautions for wpedks reducer:
1. Do not hammer the reducer housing by gravity to avoid damage; Regularly check whether the installation foundation, seal and transmission shaft are normal. In normal use, the minimum temperature of lubricating oil shall be less than 85 ℃. In case of abnormal oil temperature rise, abnormal noise and other phenomena, the machine must be shut down immediately for inspection, and can be used again after troubleshooting.
2. use or replace the worm gear pair for the Yi time, change the lubricating oil after 150-400 hours of operation, and the worm gear reducer cycle shall be less than or equal to 4000 hours during subsequent oil change. The oil filling amount shall be in accordance with the requirements of the table. It is forbidden to mix oils of different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.
3. regularly check the quantity and quality of oil, keep enough lubricating oil, and timely replace the oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated. The operating ambient temperature of the reducer is -40 ~ +40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ before startup or the lubricating oil with low freezing point shall be used.
